1. Worldwide Shipping
INFINITE CANVAS DESIGNS proudly offers worldwide shipping.
We work with trusted shipping carriers and fulfillment partners to deliver orders to customers across the United States and internationally.
Shipping availability, delivery speed, and carrier options may vary depending on the destination country and local delivery conditions.
2. Production Time
Our products may be made-to-order or prepared in small batches to ensure quality and accuracy.
Estimated production time:
2–5 business days
Production begins after:
- Payment is successfully confirmed
- Final order details are received
- Order information is verified
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
Daily order cut-off time:
2:00 PM PT
Orders placed after the daily cut-off time may be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing time and production time are separate from shipping transit time.

Once an order has been shipped, INFINITE CANVAS DESIGNS cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
5. Shipping Costs
Flat shipping fee:
$6.50 USD per order
Shipping fees will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment is completed.
Additional shipping charges may apply for remote locations, international destinations, returned packages, or special shipping requirements.
6. Taxes, Duties, and Customs Fees
Applicable taxes, VAT, import duties, or customs charges may be calculated and displayed during checkout when required.
International customers may be responsible for any additional customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or fees required by their country or local authorities.
INFINITE CANVAS DESIGNS does not control customs processing, customs fees, or import regulations in each destination country.
7. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent to your email address within:
24–48 hours after your order is successfully processed
Please allow additional time for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
If you do not receive tracking details within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact information during checkout.
INFINITE CANVAS DESIGNS is not responsible for:
- Delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Lost packages due to invalid addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
- Packages returned because of customer-provided address errors
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible.
Address changes may only be possible before production or order processing has started. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or reshipped packages.
9. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may sometimes occur after an order has been shipped.
INFINITE CANVAS DESIGNS is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs inspections
- Severe weather
- International transportation disruptions
- Incorrect delivery information
- Local delivery restrictions
- Public holidays
- Other circumstances beyond our control
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with a shipment investigation.
10. Delivered but Not Received Packages
If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier but you have not received it, we recommend that you:
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Check with neighbors, household members, or building management
- Review security camera footage if available
- Check nearby areas where the carrier may have left the package
- Confirm that the shipping address entered at checkout was correct
INFINITE CANVAS DESIGNS will assist with shipment investigations where possible. However, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing packages officially marked as delivered by the carrier.
